Why Kinetic Loop

Our coaching style is different from the rest because we use a scientific approach. We train athletes by utilizing the three energy systems (Aerobic, Glycolytic, ATP-PCr). Since we all are created different our bodies respond different to the training load or stimulus, which is why we do not believe in or use a cookie cutter approach. All of our coaching programs are customize to fit your goals, skill level, and needs.

I Michael Lovegren the owner of Kinetic Loop Training System have studied Exercise Science since 1998 and received my Bachelors in Exercise Science and my Master degree in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Biomechanics. Not only do I have a degree, but certifications by the USOC, NASM, and other various organizations to stay abreast with the latest research and to be continually educated. I graduated from the Chris Carmichael Coaching College, which allowed me to take my coaching to the next level.

I have the experience as a triathlete, cyclist, soccer player, and martial artist to understand the demands of the sport. As a coach I have coached numerous athletes in various sports from Cycling, BMX, triathlon, and various Motor sports. Why do I need an Optimal bike Fit?

An improper bike fit causes a decrease in power and postural distortion patterns. Postural distortion patterns in the body are muscle imbalances where a stabilizing muscle becomes dominant and the prime mover muscle becomes weak thereby causing a decrease in force (WATTS), endurance, and flexibility. We assess your postural distortion patterns through our very own Human Movement System.

We know through research that your body from improper bike fit, poor mechanics, and previous injuries leads to discomfort and less power. We create your optimal fit on your bike, which is limited to your flexibility. Then we analyze your movement and prescribe you a program to improve your flexibility and eliminate these imbalances and enhance your athletic performance.
