Before you Run or Ride Get the most out of your glutes
Before you run, or ride your bike, the best exercise to strengthen and activate your glutes is the dead lift. You can perform the dead lift with a barbell, dumb bell, or a kettle bell. This is one of the best exercise to activate your glutes and increase power in your performance.
