Raceboy completes the 100 mtn bike challenge

After a solid build up to the race.  Marq Prince aka Raceboy learned the difference between fitness and freshness.
I was able to convince him going into the race fresh will help him finish the race. Like the old saying the Tortoise and the Hare. Most racers went out hard like the Hare and didn't finish the race. However, Marq using the watts prescribed to him on his power meter was able to pace himself.  Congratulations to Marq on a fantastic achievement and a well earned rest.
